SUBJECT CHOICE GUIDANCE
Choosing the right subject combination has a major ultimate impact on the careers that learners will be able to pursue. It is therefore critical that Grade 8 and 9 learners have access to support and guidance when choosing their subjects.
Our Subject Choice Guidance assessment is an extension of the
Genetic Brain Profile. This enables us to take into account learners' strengths, sensitivities, personality and natural intelligence, as well as their interests, when providing them with necesarry options.
The Process Involved:
A personal consultation is held to establish where the learner's current academic strengths lie and what their interests and future plans are.
A full Genetic Brain Profile assessment is then conducted and an in-depth feedback session is provided revealing strengths, traits and proposed interests.
A comprehensive Genetic Brain Profile report is compiled
Discussions are held with regards o subject choice options
Following a separate report will be written outlining the recommendations for subject choice based on academic results, interest survey, and their Genetic Brain Profile summary.
Subject choices are available privately, and for school groups.
